We'll See How this Goes

Growing up, I had so many plans for my future.  Within the last 20 years, I've wanted to be many different things including:

A Teacher

Just like my mom

An Author

 I would write stories on ANYTHING I could get my hands on

 Sorry mom, writing stories on the inside of my closet with markers and crayons seemed like a good idea at the time

An Accountant

  Yes, I really did ask for a calculator for my fifth birthday

A Secretary

 So I could talk on the phone all day AND get paid for it

And a  Newsreporter

  I was probably the only ten-year-old who idolized Shauna Lake from Channel 2 News

Slowly, I realized that my plans weren't the most fitting for me.  I'm not the most patient person with kids,  numbers start to bore me after a while, the phone isn't as cool as it once was, and I barely survived public speaking 101 and I have NO idea why a shy girl like me would have EVER considered being a Newsreporter.

But, I still do like a writing.  In fact, I like writing a lot. You might even say I love writing. So, I'm going to give this whole author thing a try.  Right here on my blog.  My very own, very pink blog.  I'll try to spare the stories about Mr. Bear and Miss Rabbit falling in love and living happily ever after, but I'm not making any promises. We'll just have to wait and see...
